After enquiries from our loyal customers we have decided to import Butchery Bowl Cutters.
These high quality units are available in 5.5 lt or 10 lt.
All parts that come into contact with the meat are manufactured from high grade stainless steel. Safety switches and a bowl guard makes operating these machines a pleasure.
The units are ideal where raw or cooked meat needs to be chopped finely or right down to a paste if required. This makes the bowl chopper ideal to produce charcuterie i.e. sausages, meat loaves and salamis.
Butcheries, supermarkets and delis would benefit by adding a BBC Bowl cutter to their equipment.
